Display a competency to perform accurate work in a repetitive motion environment Experience using Barcode Scanners preferred Warehouse, distribution, shipping, or inventory experience helpful Duties & Responsibilities (may include any or all of the following):
Receiving and sorting incoming seed Hand or machine counting seed by experiment prior to planting Sorting seed packets for planting and for shipping Shelling/Threshing crops Conditioning seed Ability to use Research equipment Applying seed treatment General housekeeping Expectations of employment:
Able to complete repetitive tasks for long periods of time Be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude Must be 18 years or older Workers are expected to be on time when scheduled Hours may vary with work days occasionally lasting more than 8 hours.
Must have a reliable means to work May be asked to work with seed treatments May be asked to lift up to 50 Lbs.
Must be able to stand 8 hours a day Ability to work in dusty environment Employees will be asked to make/receive personal phone calls during their breaks unless it's an emergency Workers are expected to meet minimum performance standards.
